Q: How to get a sample?
A: Free samples, customer only need to pay express freight.

Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: (1) If you have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, just give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected.
(2) If you do not have an express account, please pay the freight charge driectly to our company accoount. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

Q: What is the production time?
A: 2-7 days for sample; 15-25 days after we get deposit.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, D/P,L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram, Credit card and cash.
Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
